Richard S. Holsman, PT, MAT, GCS (NJ Lic. #40QA00978900), is the President
and CEO of Holsman Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, a clinic group
practice of Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapists specializing in
the treatment of adults and geriatrics located in Clifton, Kearny and
Rahway, New Jersey. He earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the
University of Perpetual Help Rizal.
In addition to being a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey and New
York, Mr. Holsman is also a board certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist
by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is the owner of
Holsman Healthcare, a healthcare staffing and consulting services company
and Home Therapy LLC, a provider of therapy services in New York State.
Mr. Holsman is actively involved in the community, providing falls
prevention and health promotion seminars to seniors in Northern New
Jersey. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Mona Lisa Lao, PT
Mona Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from
Cebu Doctors' College, Philippines and gained over 10 years of experience
working in a variety of clinical settings in Northern NJ specializing in
the areas of post-operative, orthopedic, sports and geriatric cases. She
continues to polish her manual skills attending seminars and
courses taught from the University of St. Augustine, Maitland-Australian
Physiotherapy & Therapeutic Services, Inc. She can speak Tagalog,
Spanish & Chinese and believes that there is something new to learn
everyday. In her spare time she enjoys jogging, swimming & watching TV
soap series but can't live without her white rice and green tea.
Kathleen Wargo, COTA
Kathleen Wargo, COTA is a licensed, registered Occupational Therapy
Assistant with over 25 years of experience in subacute, rehabilitation
and long term care . She helps restore patient of various ages and
diagnoses back to their maximum level of independence in all areas of
daily functioning. Her background is highlighted in the areas of
wheelchair seating/positioning, home safety with equipment
recommendations and theraputic exercises to maximize necessary skill
performance. Futher emphases includes home exercise program, functional
transfer training (bed/bathroom/ car) and care giver education.
Catherine Boyer, OTR - Director of Rehab -
Rahway
Catherine Boyer, OTR is a licensed, registered Occupational Therapist with
over 25 years of experience in diverse settings, treating patients of
various ages with an emphasis on geriatric rehabilitation. She has been
in management for over 15 years overseeing the direct operations of
various OT departments and many Occupational Therapists. She has broad
background in addressing the mental and physical changes of the aging
population, program development ,clinical training and supervision. Her
personal goal is to assure that all patients treated are provided quality
therapy to achieve maximum level of independence in all daily living
skills.
Catherine Zambito, COTA
Catherine A. Zambito, COTA, is a licensed and certified Occupational
Therapy Assistant with over 27 years of experience in physical
disabilities and geriatrics in sub-acute, rehab and long term care
settings. She has worked with a variety of diagnoses not limited to
stroke, joint replacements, orthopedic injuries cardiac and dementia
related disorders with an emphasis on returning her clients to the highest
level of independence in activities of daily life. Catherine has an
advanced knowledge of wheelchairs and positioning.
Josephine Clapcich, OTR
Josephine Clapcich, OTR, is a licensed and registered occupational
therapist with 24 years of experience working with the geriatric
population. She has seen clients in both inpatient and outpatient
settings. Areas of specialty include: seating and positioning, improving
upper extremity management and function, fall prevention, helping restore
independence in activities of daily living and safety with home
management. She has experience working with diverse diagnosis, some of
which include: stroke, arthritis, Parkinson's Disease, dementia, joint
replacements and upper extremity disorders.
Stefany Cano-Cuba, Office Manager - Rahway
Norma Luna, Office Manager - Kearny
Norma Luna is the new office manager at the Kearny office, with over seven
years in customer service and office management. Having taken courses in
hospitality management and business, Norma learned the importance of going
the distance for the the client as well as the business.

from the ABPTS since 2004. He has taken courses at Boston University's
transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy program, and has graduated from the
Physical Therapy program at the University of Perpetual Help Rizal with a
Best Intern and Most Outstanding Graduate award. Mr. Holsman is dually
licensed as a Physical Therapist in the states of New York and New Jersey.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

is a Therapist owned and operated Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
Clinic. We provide Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services as well as
Speech Therapy. Holsman PT and Rehabilitation serves patients and clients
