| Responsibilities: |
The Recruiter serves as
Holsman's primary contact with screened and qualified healthcare candidates and employees. Our Recruiters build and maintain lasting relationships with healthcare candidates, serving as a crucial career counselor and placement advisor throughout a healthcare professional's employment with
Holsman. The Recruiter must interact professionally and effectively with Account Managers, Nurse Advocates and Recruiting Administrative Assistants in order to ensure a positive work experience for their assigned staff. |
| Qualifications: |
Applicants should have three (3) years of customer service or sales experience. Prior experience in a healthcare, staffing or human resources environment is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be able to handle service issues with integrity, skill and courtesy. Ideal candidates will possess: professional telephone communication and active listening skills, demonstrated strong interpersonal skills within a service environment, remarkable organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge, accuracy and attention to detail while meeting regular deadlines and strong administrative and coordinative skills. . |

The position is a full-time role scheduled for forty (40) hours / week: Monday – Friday, however, candidates should be available to work evening and weekend hours as may be required due to changing business needs.
