We welcome referrals from physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other licensed healthcare providers. Our clinical team works closely with referring providers to deliver timely, evidence-based rehabilitation and keep you informed of your patient's progress.

Fax or call your referral directly to our office. We will contact your patient within 24-48 hours to schedule an evaluation.

Our therapists provide progress notes and communicate with referring providers throughout the episode of care.

Our affiliated practices accept the following insurance plans. Please contact us to verify coverage prior to scheduling.
Medicare Part B
Accepted at all Holsman PT clinic locations and through Home Therapy PT for home-based services.
VA / TRICARE
Veterans Administration community care and TRICARE accepted. VA authorization required prior to services.
Auto No-Fault & Workers' Comp
We accept automobile no-fault (PIP) and workers' compensation cases in New Jersey, New York, and Indiana.
Commercial PPO
Most commercial PPO plans accepted. Please call to verify your specific plan prior to your first visit.
Please Note — Insurance Not Accepted
We do not currently accept Medicaid or Managed Care HMO plans. Patients with these plans are encouraged to contact their insurer for a list of participating providers.
